   The waiter took a while to come to the table and service us and took a while to check on us. I asked for charbpiled oysters and got raw oysters with sauce on it. The food was ok. I will say the last time I went the experience was better. I want even blame the slow service on Easter because when I went it wasn’t that packed

   The Ceaser Salad, Catfish and Spaghetti, and Spicy Ranch Water was amazing. Service was great. Music was great. A little too noisy but overall a great experience.

   Ambiance was great, food was okay and service was not up to par. It took 10 minutes after I got main meal to get a dish since two of us were sharing the meal. This was stated when we first ordered our food. We never received water even though waitstaff was walking around with water pitchers. I requested a bear twice and never heard back about it.

   The menu is eclectic mix of a dish such as fried catfish with spaghetti and a basic hamburger. Great service. The kitchen runners did not know the table numbers so our meal ended up at another table. So a point of improvement

   The ambience is really nice, but I would’ve loved if there were just a bit more lights. Unfortunately, my cake messed up during transport and they were kind enough to try their hardest to fix the cake. I really appreciated it! The food was great, and I definitely will come again! 10/10 experience.

   Nice decor and good vibes but food was pretty bad. Caesar salad was so salty it was basically inedible. For a $15 salad with a $9 add on for chicken I expect good quality but I only ate the chicken and was barely able to eat the salad itself because the salty was just insane. I’ve never had a salty salad before so idk what was going on with it but do not recommend.

   I had high expectations for The Charlotte on my 21st, but unfortunately, the service and food missed the mark. My food came out last, nearly two hours after we were seated and only then was I told they were out of the item I originally ordered. The replacement pasta I received honestly tasted like something from Applebee’s, and overall, nothing on the table stood out aside from the drinks. For an upscale spot, this was a major letdown. Definitely not the way I envisioned celebrating such a big milestone. Presentation was at least nice. Pictures Below.

   Everything we ordered was great. The cabbage was good as well if you are a spicy food lover. It was too spicy for us, so we sent it back. Drinks were amazing, service was great, and overall ambiance was great. We will be back. And get the oysters, you won't regret it.
