    Terrible terrible experience and will not be coming back or recommending this place any further. From having a reservation…to waiting 30 min to be seating, telling staff on the resy and in person that we are celebrating my mom’s birthday to no acknowledgment of a celebration, food was unable to be ordered, we overcharged items on the bill, waited 3 hours (30 min waiting to be seated, 1.5 hours spent between waiting for plates & silverware, no courtesy to be checked on if our food was ok, waited for our bill but was quick to take our credit card). And TO TOP IT OFF, the waiter said sorry I couldn’t provide you good service because we had to wait Dess Dior and her party who arrived AFTER US and was fed first and left first. I am a human being and patron at this establishment. I don’t give a damn who is in the restaurant, you don’t treat people the way we were treated.

    Fish and spaghetti was amazing, the frozen expresso is a must. Shrimp and grits was also delicious. Service was excellent

    Arrived early and was seated by our reservation time. Service was good and fast. No real wait on appetizers or food. Loved the teddy that got to sit with us. Food was amazing. Will be back again for sure!

    Burger was only redeeming factor. Service was really not good. The whole downstairs was smoky from kitchen and our clothes wreaked of the restaurant. Our table wasn’t ready for 25 minutes past our reservation. The ambience downstairs is much worse than upstairs. Overall poor experience.

    The Service Staff is effecient, friendly, and helpful. The Seared Branzino was DELICIOUS! Fried Plantains were nicely done too. The crispy Chicken Sandwich was perfectly cooked and fries were just right. We were very pleased with our dining experiece. The dessert was so-so. We ordered one Butter Cake to share, which was plenty for 2 people. The cake was heavily doused with what I would call Nestle's Chocolate Syrup. Not a big fan. Maybe if adding a chocolate sauce, make a better quality sauce. Otherwise, what's the point?! Our waiter James was on top of everything! Nicely done, James!

    We had a 6:15 reservation last night. When we ordered the himachi crudo for an appetizer we were informed they were completely out of the item so had to choose an alternative. Then we went to order our main course and a salad we were informed that they were completely out of their Caesar salad. Really?? We were at an early seating and less than pleased to hear that our choices were completely unavailable. Who runs out of Caesar salad for a 6:15 reservation when there are only 3 salads to choose from. My friend ordered her drink when we arrived and it was made incorrect because of miscommunication between the waiter and bartender. Food was good but nothing amazing. Overall service was mediocre and will not be eager to go back in the future.
