Had reservation for 8 with 6 children.. took over an hr to get our food. We know it wasn’t the waiter’s fault, but there was no acknowledgement, updates, nor apologies from management at all.
When we got the food, everything was cold and fries were soggy (5 of which were kids meal items so it shouldn’t even have taken so long) Also, please note that the kids meal sides were additional costs (at almost the price of the kids meal itself.) The menu didn’t mention the extra cost, so we were somewhat shocked when the total price of each kids meal was over $20 with 2 sides.
The fettuccine Alfredo had clumps of dough and was overcooked. Very disappointed based on the previous reviews on OpenTable.
