Made a reservation for my daughter’s birthday. She likes this place, I came all the way from Texas to see her. Got seated and then was ignored for
20 minutes. The two servers that were working the section looked us, ignored us, cleaned tables instead of even saying hello. After 20 minutes I got up to ask the hostess if their restaurant wants our business and right away she was dismissive. Like she knew that we were being ignored. Even the bus person pointed at us and asked why we haven’t been acknowledged yet. The two servers seemed to be arguing over who’s table this was, and both seemed to have terrible attitudes. I was willing to stay and be seated in another spot, but my daughter was embarrassed and just wanted to go. The host asked if I would
Wait to talk to the manager. I said, why. Not like they were offering me anything to earn my business back. Place was outdated and noisy with lots of loud kids. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
