The Cheesecake Factory in Las Vegas has its roots in a small cheesecake shop in 1940's Detroit, Michigan. Today, the restaurant serves up a variety of American and global favorites, along with more than 30 different cheesecakes that are perfect for completing the meal or enjoying on their own with a warm cup of coffee. The menu at the Cheesecake Factory boasts more than 200 items, starting with small plates and snacks like the stuffed mushrooms, loaded baked potato, crispy crab bites, dynamite shrimp and chicken samosas. There are appetizers and appetizer salads, pizzas, glamburgers and sandwiches, pastas, steaks, seafood and fish. Check out the super foods menu for nutrient-rich recipes prepared from items found in nature. The Cheesecake Factory also features a skinnylicious menu for calorie-conscious diners, along with specialties like truffle-honey chicken, shepherd's pie, fish tacos and the famous Factory meatloaf.
