The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

We went on a Holiday for my step daughters birthday. Made a reservation, restaurant was pretty empty. Staff seemed unbothered. While this is a unique "experience" we wont be back. Pretzel bites were hard and 100% microwaved. Beef short ribs tasted like freezer burnt pot roast and the carrots and mashed potatos had no flavor. The only thing that was good was the sweet potato fries. This is cheap quality food that they try to pass up as "fancy" but the ambiance and food is equivalent to a Denny's. A child was given a birthday ice cream sunday at the table behind us but despite informing our server about my step daughters birthday and including it on our reservation, no one mentioned that to us. Pretty disappointing overall.

Restaurant was 90% empty. I had reservations and was still made to wait 15-20 mins before being seated. Was then seated at a very small table right in front of kitchen/bathroom. Hostess was rude. We left before we ordered anything

We thought we were going to have a nice quiet dinner. But were we wrong. The pictures online gave me the impression is was a nicer place. Well we got there it was all open concept, loud, kids everywhere. I had a reservation made like almost 2 weeks in advance. We still had to wait like 10 to 15 minutes for a table. Once seated, we were Greeted be our server, Kasey with-in 5 minutes. He got to our level when talking with us. We ordered water to start as this was our first time and still figuring out what we wanted to drink. Once we got are drinks ordered. We were still figuring out our food order. He was extremely patient with us. Once we figured food out we ordered an appetizer and our entrées. Hubby ordered the short ribs and I was ordering the NY strip. Well the entrée I wanted the were out of. So he explained that the surf and turf was being substituted with a filet instead of the NY strip. So I ordered that instead with double veggies because I cant do potatoes. For steak entrées I order medium everytime. So we got our appetizer which was really good. Then when our entrees came out they looked amazing. As soon as I stabbed my fork into the steak I knew it was over cooked. Then I cut into it. It was cooked well done. Once I got Kaseys attention and he got to our table I didn't even say anything to him and he immediately saw my steak and was likebwell that's cooked well done i was like yes it is. So he went and told the kitchen came back grabbed just the steak (for proof to the kitchen) so I could at least eat the other stuff on my plate. This is were it got ridiculous. For a remake on a steak that was to be cooked medium should only take about 10 minutes if that. We sat there for what felt like 20-30 minutes waiting for this remake. Now I wasn't watching the clock because we were trying to enjoy our selves. But once my steak came back out it was cooked perfectly. So I had a couple bits and then was full. Waited to long for boxes and extremely to long for desse

We hoped for a better experience than what we had-felt a little overlooked by the wait staff and my food was cold. My daughter’s food was really good though

Food was not good for the price. Both of our chicken was incredibly overcooked and dried out and my wife’s veggies were undercooked and hard to even chew. Deserts ridiculously priced.

Server was rude, and we ordered several of the valentines specials which was one of the reasons we came. The food was average at best. We spent $200 and it was maybe worth half that. The steak was very fatty and the fries were just ok. The best part was the appetizer. I expected to be wowed and came to have a special celebration for Valentine's and 15 years together, but everything was just average. Noting was overly special or amazing. It was average food for an overpriced amount. Even the kid's food was way overpriced, and have gotten better quality at Chili's for half the price. I also mentioned that we were celebrating 15 years together and nothing was mentioned at all!

Service was horrible and we couldn’t get a server to come over for over a half hour after we sat down and waited about 30 minutes to get out drinks but the food was good

We arrived early for our reservation as we thought we could do a chocolate tour but they were already closed so we asked to see if we could be seated earlier and they did. Family environment but the drink menu was perfect for us adults. The kids had grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and carrots- it was delicious! My husband had the chocolate short ribs, they fell apart and melted in your mouth! It was perfect! I had the mushroom risotto requested grilled chicken, it was decadent! I haven’t had a good risotto in a long while and it “hit the spot”! Our server Hailey was on-top of everything, accommodating and so friendly. The main reason for our visit was for the chocolate fondue (fun-due) it was phenomenal perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner! We will return again and hopefully soon!
