Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    Too dimly lit, could barely see our steaks to cut them. Manager said they get complaints every day for the particular table we were seated at. Well then, you know it must be a problem. Fix it! Other than the lighting, everything else was wonderful.

    All of our steaks were over cooked. The service was slow and we had to use our phone lights to look at the menu. Usually this place is greats for a special occasion but I expect more spending that much money

    Our waiter Iassac was great and overall service was very good. My wifes meal was perfect, mine was good. Prices are comparable to a good restaurant, not a high end steak house, but here your paying more for the attention and ambiance. Overall good experience and will return. Had an enjoyable evening.

    Overall a very good experience and we will return. For a steakhouse, it’s a value. Not cheap but definitely not expensive for a steakhouse. Excellent service from everyone - attentive and knowledgeable server Good quality steaks properly prepared and seasoned. Tasty sides. We will put The Chop House in our restaurant rotation!

    We had a wonderful experience at The Chophouse House for my birthday lunch. Our server Jenny was very courteous and attentive. She didn’t hover but we didn’t have to wait long for service. Our appetizers and food were delicious.

    Always great food. Prime Rib was a little smaller than our ones we had before Christmas and the “Jumbo Sweet Potato on the menu” wasn’t Jumbo they were regular sized if not smaller than regular. I’d take the Jumbo off your menu or get Jumbo sweet potatoes. They were a little behind on the reservation list, our was at 7:45pm but didn’t get seated until after 8:15pm. But our service was excellent from our waitress. Only concern when seated is we saw so many open booths and tables (for 2 people) which left me wondering why the delay in being seated. As these booths and tables were in the areas the wait staff was serving. Overall great tasting food & service.
