First time there a was not disappointed. There were 12 of us and every dish was very tasty no one was disappointed. Personally I had the ribs the meat just fell off the bone the flavour was very delicious. I would definitely recommend Sweethearts to all my friends and family.

The food was ok but mine was very hot burnt my mouth the noise was to much couldn't talk when the guy was singing the table number 14 was small and cramped

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. Our food is always cooked fresh with a minimal amount of wait time possible - however we are sorry to hear that your food was too hot. Our live entertainment starts earlier in the evening on Fridays for post-work knock offs, however during the week our entertainment starts a little later!

We didn't eat, Attended for duelling pianos, was enjoyable. However when we arrived the booth I had booked has been charged, disappointing particularly given I attended in person to confirm my booking and select seating.

Had a problem initially as I booked for inside but you had me down as outside but eventually you got us sorted with a table inside which was fine.

There was no service so extremely poor There is no way that the menu Wagyu beef was actually Wagyu - appearance was more like a thin piece of Scotch fillet I went to the bar with the order on my phone - I read from it & then showed the staff behind the counter. Yep alls good No Gluten free meals were available My Managing Director had to wait over an hour for his meal 1st bottle of wine brought to the table - 2nd bottle of wine told to wait at the bar for it as there was no table service Not 1 person out of the 5 dining will return any time soon When you are paying $80 a bottle of wine & between $35 & $65 per meal you expect some form of service Venue was nice & quiet as was a Monday night. Venue was also quite clean

Beautiful venue, lovely service and great cocktails. The only downfall is the food.. I have never seen a chicken parmi for $30. Thinking for the price that it would be amazing, however it was soggy and average. The calamari was also not crispy, just soggy. It is a great venue for Darwin however I believe that the food can be so much better.

Dont put your drink or bucket of ice down the wait staff will take it and you will need to line up and wait and wait and wait to get another bucket of ice. Staff was lovely at the bar and gave me another bucket of ice. We bought many bottles of $185 wine on the night after having a lovely meal together. LOVED the piano players. Brilliant atmosphere. Thankyou
