Opened under new ownership in December 2023, we are located adjacent to our existing Roundwood Stores bakery and artisan food store. Come and enjoy good food, wine, craft beer, and log fires in the beautifully restored 1820’s Coach House.
The pub is open midday until late, Thursday to Sunday, for walk-ins and reservations.
The menu is slightly more casual (as are some of the tables) but the room is cozy and the experience the same.
The restaurant is open midday for lunch and 5pm for dinner, walk-ins or reservations available.

We had a lovely late lunch in The Coach House. The atmosphere is very cosy , we had a lovely circular table close to a lovely roaring fire. The decor and art work within the restaurant are beautiful and really enhance the atmosphere. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and service was super efficient. The food is delicious , it’s very fresh and tasty and the menu is nice and varied. I would highly recommend The Coach House for its welcoming atmosphere , delicious food and excellent staff.

Excellent service, warm, attentive and good old fashioned hospitality. Food was delicious with especially good options for vegetarians.

Had a gorgeous meal here today . Lovely welcome and excellent very friendly service. The food was delicious too. Would love to stay overnight next time as it’s such a comfortable lovely place
