    Second time we had lunch here and experience was not as good as first time. My food just ok (sandwich bread so dry it crumbled) and service was slow.

    Wonderful scenic view of Canandaigua Lake while enjoying brunch. Nice, varied selections for breakfast/lunch. Friendly, terrific service from Ian and Vanessa. Only complaint was toast wasn’t toasted at all. Kichen staff drops slices of bread on plate. F&B manager should hold the kitchen staff to a higher standard.

    The only negatives are the limited lunch menu and very high prices. However, the food was really good (I had the turkey BLT), our waitress was lovely and the view can't be beat. It was a warm Fall day and we were able to eat outside on the patio. It was a great lunch and I will be back!

    It was such a quiet night in the restaurant, and the dining area was set up beautifully. The air temperature was chilly, so I recommend bringing a sweater. Compliments to the chef, as it can be hard to navigate menus with a dairy allergy, but they were super accommodating to make sure I was happy with the meal I chose. I had the Pappardelle pasta, and I was not disappointed. It was absolutely delicious. Lisa was our waitress and she was incredible. Such a great personality and first point of contact with suggestions and special accomodations.

    The Cove is a hidden gem. Love the food, service and views. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Had the best parsnip soup and burger. Would go back in a heartbeat.
