Welcome to The Crown by Arcc. We are a British smoke house. We like to cook using smoke and fire where ever possible. Using this simple technique we can achieve an outstanding product with the extremely complex flavour of wood smoke. We use both hot and cold smoking techniques for different effects. We use local produce where ever possible and pride ourselves on building relationships with local farmers, game keepers and producers of the best quality products. We cook all our food from scratch, we bake our own bread, churn our own ice cream, we make our own mayonnaise, yoghurt, cheese and creme fraiche. We even cure our own meats. We buy our meat, wherever possible, as whole animals straight from the farm and do the butchery on site, using every part of the animal from nose to tail. This means that our menu will change slightly on a daily basis but we will always stick to the same style of cooking and and there will always be something for everyone.
