   Booked a reservation, got 3 confirmations, arrived on time for reservation & there was a private event taking place - the staff was rude when I asked questions about the situation/my reservation.

   They do not take reservations! I had a reservation and was told they don't take reservations. ??? Then someone told us to go upstairs? It was all very weird and confusing.

   I used one start only because they don’t accept reservations through Open Table. We got down there last night to eat before the concert and no table for us. Most of the places nearby were the same but very disappointed in OpenTable for listing this restaurant when they clearly don’t use for reservations.

   Did not honor our OpenTable reservation. Turned away at the door on a busy Saturday night and had small kids in our group. Very disappointing since we even confirmed ahead of time. Ended up walking around for an hour looking for another spot to have dinner before a concert. Do not book!!

   Stopped in before a concert. Staff was great in seating us quickly. Always a great place to hang out in Wrigleyville.

    We went to see a show and reserved a table. All tables were taken when we arrived so they added a table next to the stage for us!! The staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating!
