This was our 2nd visit and it's still medicore at best. Service wasn't anything great. It was fair. As for the food, the pork chop was so dry, I had to drench it in sauce. (I found it weird I wasn't asked how I'd like the tempature) I stated to the server how dry it was, they seemed unsure what to do. Kale was extremely over cooked a flavorless. Unfortunately the star of the meal was fries. No table touch from management. Lastly, the wine list is absurd. They are offering glasses (other than house wine) over $15 a glass, there should be some sort of variety. This is a type of restaurant that, glad you checked it out, won't be back. Honestly, head to 5 on Vine. Its the same concept, better food, wine, and service. Head there.

We cook our pork chops using the sous vide method for consistent tenderness, though we don't cook to a specific temperature. I understand how that may have affected your experience. We offer wines that we believe provide a unique and high-quality experience, but we are open to reconsidering offering a more diverse selection that caters to different preferences and price points.
Regarding the lack of a table touch from management. I regret we missed this on your visit. We’ll work on improving this. I hope we have the chance to welcome you back soon.
