My husband was sick all night, in 27 years, he has been sick 3 times, he is never sick. I did not eat myself, just 3 bites. The scotch egg was so greasy and my stew was bland, potatoes not fully cooked. By chance I did not eat. I do not recommand this place.

We love this restaurant for traditional Irish food. The food and service was great! It made us reminisce of our time traveling in Ireland. Luckily, we had made reservations ahead of time, since the place was full of people celebrating the Christmas season in the festively decorated room. It was warm and lively in one of the coldest days Boston has seen in a long time.

Good food, good drinks, quick and kind service. One drawback was we were sat in the midst of a function for some employer I’m assuming in the area.. was kind of strange but not a huge deal. Overall still a good experience and cool place with good food.

Had a wonderful time at The Dubliner for our 2 year anniversary! We arrived 15 minutes earlier than our reservation and they had no difficulty seating us early at a table in the big bar-room. The Scotch Egg and Smoked Salmon with soda bread appetizers were delicious, as well as the Irish Coffee and Barrel Aged Fashioned. For main course drinks, another Irish Coffee and a neat pour of Glenlivet 12. When placing the entree order, our server Rachel noticed we had lunch menus and promptly switched them for dinner menus then gave us more time to decide. We decided on the Grilled Pork Chop and Sheperd's Pie, which were divine. Absolutely lovely first time at a new favorite spot, can't wait to be back. Special shout-out to Rachel, thanks for awesome service and a special dining experience!

It is noted on the website that there is music on Sunday starting at 3. We left at 7, no music at all. Our waitress left at 4 and we were supposed to have a new waitress. We waited an hour, no new waitress. Finally flagged several people down and a new waitress was finally assigned to us. The crab appetizer was difficult to crack open and really slippery with all of the butter. No flavor in the crab at all, for $18. Expected more here.

Great restaurant. there was a soccer game on so it was pretty loud but that’s fine. i think the waitress didn’t put our food order in when we ordered it. we waited like 20 minutes after ordering and she came by and asked us if we were ready for our food. then another 10 minutes went by before the food came. some restaurants do this for some reason, it needs to stop.
