The East Pole, on the Upper East Side, is housed in an historic brownstone on a quiet block of 65th Street. Drawing on old maps and subtle nautical accents, the main dining room & bar is timeless and sophisticated with a clean, simple aesthetic focusing on high quality materials.

The menu features simple yet elevated home cooking with a focus on local, seasonal, organic produce and sustainably sourced proteins. For Drinks, our signature cocktail menu & full bar service, with a focus on small batch distilleries, breweries & wineries are all available.

From grower champagnes to biodynamic wines & a beer list featuring American Ale from Colorado to Nantucket, along with a variety of NY State beers, we’ve got you covered.<br />

The second floor Map Room is a private dining area for up to 22 guests with a private entrance and restroom. Outdoor seating under a custom designed arbor allows for a unique entrance or additional seating. If your party is larger, we can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated meal or 150 guests for cocktails.

                                              The perfect neighborhood bistro: warm, lively, great food, super cocktail menu, and best of all, the loveliest team, beginning with Kyle at the door through to the barkeeps, waiters, servers, and cooks. Quite special.

                                              As I somewhat suspected from other reviews, this is a place to be seen more than one to enjoy. The brunch we had, while tasty, wasn't particularly worth what we paid for it. Portions were modest at best, and service needed to be faster/more coordinated.

                                              Our family spend Christmas Eve at the East Pole and had the most wonderful experience! Kyle is a treasure and makes the evening feel as though you're dining with friends. The service was impeccable, and the meal was excellent. We frequent the East Pole whenever we are in NY, and we have never been disappointed.

                                              The food is just excellent. Service is very very good. The staff is attentive and professional and just very good at what they do. I think the proof this is an exceptional restaurant is in the fact that the place is always absolutely jampacked!
