The lush and breezy waterfront atmosphere of The Easterly embraces the beauty of the simplistic and
laid-back Caribbean lifestyle. Tucked away in an oasis of palm trees and rich greenery, the restaurant
and bar take on a Bohemian-island vibe. The menu will be ocean-to-table focused, with ceviches, crudos,
octopus, shellfish & lobster, and whole grilled fish as mainstays. We also pride ourselves in our extensive
wood grilled steaks and chops. Locally grown produce and local flavors compliment the dishes, all cooked
over the kitchen’s wood-fired oven, adding distinct rustic flair to each plate. The Easterly offers one of the
Virgin Island’s most robust beverage programs with innovative craft cocktails, twists on Caribbean
favorites and an extensive list of craft beers and wine. The rustic island menu and outdoor locale promise
a social, vibrant and interactive dining experience in the heart of Red Hook on the East End of St.
Thomas.

The food was great. The portions are generous and there is no doubt this is a labor of love with great attention to detail. Very minor points for improvement, but otherwise a memorable and favorable experience. Even for a New York snob like me ;-) Would come back.

Our experience was wonderful!! The seafood risotto was amazing, the staff was so welcoming and made it feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant when it was busy! And to top it off one of our servers even preformed a song for our anniversary and let me tell you that man could SING!!! Definitely put this place down as a must go!

Beautiful dining room and delicious food. Tried a collection of small plates and split entrees. Ribs, charred romaine, watermelon salad, pork belly, all wonderful.

Seriously one of the best meals I have ever had in my many visits to St. Thomas. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is incredible.

Delicious is an understatement. Octopus ceviche, yes please. The seared tuna presentation, temp & taste makes me sad I don’t live here for real. Thank you chef!

If you're a seafood lover, be sure to try the whole fish, caught fresh and locally the next time you're on island and come in for a visit.
