Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant.

Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs.

Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets.

Bookings of 2 - 7 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.
Bookings of 8+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff on arrival.
Note for all tables confirmed on an a la carte basis will unusually receive longer than normal service times.
Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. Childrens menu is available.

A 10% surcharge applies on weekends / 20% on public holidays.

Groups of 8 adults guests or more enjoy our share style Feasting Menu at $84 per adult diner. Please book for children (Book for the total number of chairs required) If your party is made up of less than 8 adults, the entire table can order off the a la carte menu. Our waitress was fabulous but as our wait for our 2nd course was over 50 minutes… we asked the waitress to cancel it and we left. As we were leaving, I overheard another waitress telling the floor manager that some other customers wanted to cancel their order as it was taking too long. They need to pull up their socks.

Food was great! Pizzas and pasta were very good. We had a couple of fussy eaters with us and there was something for everyone. But the service was very slow. We were sitting for at least 20 mins before someone asked us about water, let alone drinks. We ordered two entrees and only one came out, and then the first main came along. All mains were brought to our table at the same time, except the pizzas which were a good 5 minutes or more behind the rest of the mains. We have been to Epicurean many times over the years and were pretty disappointed. They appeared to have plenty of wait staff on, but am wondering if they were understaffed in the kitchen. I do love that you can book there now, which you couldn’t do pre covid.

Disappointing in the end. Overall feeling was the place was a bit hectic, and there was no flow. Mains came before the starter was even finished or cleared, (Given I was also breastfeeding at that moment my food sat waiting getting cold. ) Hard to get staff’s attention for drink orders - drink ordered with the food arriving came at the end of the meal. The kitchen was ringing the bell quite aggressively by the end of the evening 😅, which just added to the feeling of the dining experience being all over the place. (Then capped off with a 20% public holiday surcharge)

Great food - just a little under staffed. But overall will definitely be heading back. Just a busy time of year.

If I could give 0 stars I would-the service was terrible, the poor young inexperienced staff were overworked with no support from senior workers-when a young waiter dropped a plate on my best friends head and it smashed no senior staff members came to deal with my table in the aftermath. Only when prompted did an even younger waiter come to reset our table, still no presence from senior staff. This was also happening alongside a 1.5 hr wait for food, which was good but dampened by the shards of plate left on guests plates. The staff were inattentive in all regards even after the plate accident (we understand mistakes happen but surely at this point someone more experienced would come manage our table and apologise for the incident). We were comped for our bottle of wine that half of was undrinkable because of the plate smashing it but otherwise received no compensation or adequate response given the dire circumstances. As someone who has worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years the standard of service we received today is the poorest display I have ever observed.

Too expensive for what you got. I ordered the fettuccine Prawns and it was tasteless and I feel like I had a couple of Prawns chopped up. It was hard to get staff attention. Waited a long time for our food. Pizzas were good though , so if I go back that is all I would order

Eaten here may times and have never had anything negative to say. The food is incredible, the venue is stunning and the service was impeccable

Friendly service. Pork pasta dish was nice but had odd favoured olives in it. Think I might prefer the pizzas here. Desert was lovely.
