   Have spent thousands at Evie previously and had a quality experience. This evening, was just not up to par. The salmon wasn't very good and we ordered a steak without the garlic butter and specifically told them we has an allergy to garlic. Steak came from the kitchen with the garlic butter we asked the person who brought our steak to take it back and get us a completely new steak without garlic (butter), and told them why and reiterated to not just remove the butter, but to bring back a different steak. 3 minutes later our wait person brought back the same steak without the butter. We had to explain what happened and said that was the same steak. They did then take it back and even came back and told us it would be 8 to 10 minutes, which is what it should been the first time. A third person then did bring back a new steak and it was OK, but he was rather rude. The service staff this evening were just not in a mood to provide good service. If wanted to be treated like this we could have gone to Denny's. Not what you expect from a place charging over $150 per person for the experience. Don't plan to go back to Evie's knowing this is what can happen. Not worth it.

   I absolutely love and adore this restaurant since it was Banderas. I appreciate the new concept even though different not totally unfamiliar. Good food, drink, service and ambiance. I will be back

   CHUCK IS SO BOMB!!! we loved him down bad omg!!! everybody was so nice!!! there was this man w a blue suit jacket and black shirt under that was so well put together and attentive ! my husband loved his blue sports coat! he brought us some baguettes that were to die for baby whew! we're from St. Louis and will visit here everytime ! right mix of people! ambiance so nice and not over stimulating ! food 20/10!!! please omg!!!

   Amazing restaurant! We had sandwiches, fork and knife bacon, and the banana cream pie. The cold Irish coffee was amazing. Everything was delicious, efficient, and overall top notch. We will be back. Highly recommend.

    Love the Evie which is in the former Bandera space. Great food , great ambiance and our server Nancy was awesome. Highly recommended
