This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Join us Tuesday evenings for a night of sushi and dim sum. An extended menu of fan favorites from Philadelphia rolls and crispy shrimp won tons to reinvented rolls both raw and cooked. Plates priced to share, try the whole menu or just a few while still enjoying our regular a la carte menu. Live music in the garden from 6-9PM to create the perfect atmosphere (weather permitting).

Great ambience outside with beautiful breezes. Food was sooo good. I had the chicken satay which was melt in your mouth with a great peanut dipping sauce. My son had Moo Gee (sp?). Noodles with shrimp veggies and spices and daughter in law had the beef. All was amazing!! Great food, Great friendly service from everyone

The appetizer never came and the fish was dry. The chef cooked too much the fish and lack of seasoning.

Best dinner on the island! Tuesday sushi night - fresh conch role was lights out. Lobster bisque soup - amazing. Fresh grilled lobster & grits - BEST on the island!! We changed a reservation later in the week and came back again.

We attended sushi night on Tuesday and we have to say the lava roll was amazing. Also the carrot cake for desert was delicious. The servers Ronald and Mikeancy were wonderful. Lastly, if you like local rum and pineapple drinks, try the farm Sizzle. It will be a nice surprise with many of the other choices they have. We liked the farm so much that we have chosen to come back again before we leave the island to go back home. We cannot wait to try other menu items when we return

We had another fabulous night at The Farm, this time their special Curry night! We were fortunate once again to work with MikeAncy , an extremely charming young man and an asset to the Seven Stars Restaurant Group! We have already reserved for next Sunday!
