At FARMHOUSE, our Executive Farmer, Nathan Peitso, works directly with his family farm and the region’s top farmers to grow, harvest, and create seasonal and vibrant dishes. All the grain used for the pasta, pizza and bread comes from his family farm. Nathan creates a seasonal farm-traceable “seed-to-plate” cuisine that showcases 4 ingredients at their peak each month.
FARMHOUSE’S design integrates elements and materials of a traditional American farm elevated by contemporary finishes and treatments in a well-balanced aesthetic. Welcoming guests includes a large open kitchen, along with a wood-fired oven and expansive grill.
