Opened by Chef Kevin Sbraga, the Fat Ham features a menu that has hearty food at the center of it. Prepared in a Southern style with ingredients and spices drawn from the Southern cuisines, the menu at The Fat Ham is limited but has finesse.
Diners can choose from various dishes such as thepulled pork, beef brisket, shrimp and grits, seared salmon, salads and soups and a diverse range of sides. The hearty fare at the Fat Ham is paired with various craft beers that complement the food. For those who prefer something stronger, there is a wine and whiskey menu that offers a lot of options too.
