Not a good option if you are in vail. More than an hour to get the food and there were only two tables occupied.

It was hard to find a last minute dinner reservation for Christmas Eve but the Fitz could accommodate. They are located on the complete opposite side of vail from where I was staying so I almost missed my reservation. It was about a 10 minute walk from central vail village. I imagine the location is the reason they don’t have more reviews. When I got there it was easy to find and I was welcomed by the staff. They checked me in for my reservation and brought us to a secondary dining room with a huge fireplace, Christmas music and picture windows of the mountain. The service was great and our waters were always topped off. The menu was fairly reasonable and diverse for Vail. I wanted to try several things but settled on a steak frites plate and it was a big piece and cooked pretty darn perfect. The fries were amazing too. I can see why they have such a high rating and I hope more people start to give them a try- it’s worth it

While the restaurant personnel was real doing their best the kitchen was terrible. Half of the food was cold, the bison was burned and while ordering a well done burger for our child we got a medium-rare one served.

We went for the Thanksgiving buffet and it was delicious! The staff were all friendly and professional. The area is cozy and well decorated. We really enjoyed our meal.

Delicious food. We had roasted chicken, veggies, potatoes and grilled cheese and tomato soup. Excellent service.

We were very pleased with our meals. We shared the Brussels Sprouts app. I had the quiona Bowl, and my husband had the tuna poke bowl. Everything was delicious! Service was great, and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Vail.

Kitchen didn’t get our order, or it was given to someone else, so we cxld our food as we didn’t have time to eat it and get to the concert! Server was great about the mixup. . . Very apologetic, but couldn’t recover
