Offering classic American tavern fare and no shortage of whiskey flair, our sophisticated speakeasy is your local go-to for quality meat dishes, fresh seafood, classic cocktails and the neighborhood tavern experience our city has perfected.

Our menu of delectable turn-of-the-century inspired American tavern fare starts there, then elevates the experience with a modern twist that creates a culinary experience you simply have to taste to believe. It's perfectly complimented by our beverage program, which showcases creative cocktails and a meticulous selection of spirits, wine and beer with a strong focus on independent distillers and limited-edition rare releases. I’ve been to The Franklin Room years ago and it was delicious. I went just today and it was even MORE delicious!! The service was phenomenal, every person we saw or talked to was warm, inviting, and personable. I 100% recommend going to The Franklin Room and I myself will go back. We had Jean serving us and she was absolutely amazing. She heard we were celebrating our anniversary and even brought us dessert! So sweet and thoughtful, I couldn’t be more impressed. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the person at the front seating everyone, but he was also amazing. He made sure to check in on us during dinner and notified Jean of our anniversary!

We absolutely love Franklin Room! They went above and beyond for a special request we made and it was just perfect. Michael and the whole staff are amazing, the food is outstanding and they make the best Manhattan in the city. 💗

Highly recommend a classy speakeasy vibe. Extensive bourbon list. We started with lamb chops and oysters. Sea bass and chicken roumelade for entrees. 10/10

Quick seating. Efficient and friendly service. Entrees and cocktails were excellent. We had the scallops and Chilean sea bass. Will be back!

From start to finish, we cannot recommend this place enough. We were 15 min late and they still accommodated us. Celebrating our anniversary, they presented us with a toast of bubbly upon sitting. We felt so special. Dan, our service was outstanding. The food was amazing, get the scallops and ribeye. Service was top notch. We will definitely be back.
