Our food was delicious and delivered nice and hot. The pumpkin cheesecake is to die for! Get it while you can. It’s seasonal. The atmosphere whether in the lounge or dining room is always relaxing.

I’m going to chalk up the experience to everyone has a bad night occasionally, and it may have been theirs. Long wait for food only to be told after almost an hour that one of the appetizer selections was not available, only to see it go out to another table that arrived at least 30 minutes after we were seated. Not sure if it was the kitchen, but server probably should have realized we had no food on our table after almost an hour! Despite all of the drama, the food was really quite good, so I might be inclined to give it another shot on a quieter night (not a Saturday).

After a long workday at the fair we relaxed with a nice dinner. The chicken corn chowder was very good. I also had the Pasta Primavera with chicken and that was also very good.

Went to Chester for a day of antiquing and lunch at the Fullerton Inn. We sat on the front porch overlooking the Main Street and had a delicious lunch. The waitress was very attentive and personable. Will definitely return for lunch or dinner.

The hotel lobby and dining area are shabby, need a good cleaning and coat of paint. The service was cordial, although not very professional. The food was quite good -- plus they have very good vegan options.

The special of seared sea scallops over risotto with mushrooms was excellent as was the regular menu calamari and PEI mussels.
