    Thought it was a little dark for brunch, would have liked brighter ambiance although food and service were great. Great drinks. Think the light bulb was out on our chandelier

    We had an excellent waitress full of energy and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. Had a surprise for my daughter whose birthday it was and she made it even more special. Regrettably forgot her name but she was absolutely fantastic

    We had a wonderfully delicious meal at The Gage after exploring the city. Our server, Anthony, was easy going and kind. We stayed for a couple of hours trying food, drinks, and relaxing. Loved every minute!!

    I always judge service by whether the wait staff keeps my iced tea glass filled without my asking. I'm afraid my waiter didn't pass that test. The food, however, was excellent!

    Outstanding food and service in a beautiful setting. Lively bar scene, romantically lit tables. Our server Gerardo was kind and utterly accommodating and kept us on schedule. A perfect choice for pre-symphony dining!

    Food was quick and well prepared. Waitress was very responsive and checked in just the right amount. She even offered a great tea pairing with my lunch!

    What a delight to spend the evening at The Gage! The waitstaff was helpful and friendly and there's always other floor staff monitoring tables for water and bussing. We ordered the poutine and were overwhelmed by how good it was. The scallops and duck shepherds pie were delicious and memorable, too. The Gage is my favorite in Chicago.
