   They have started up the buffet again and drastically reduced the options on the breakfast menu. They had already taken off several of my favorite things and now there are no more than 10 options on the menu. The buffet is basic, like you used to get free at any Hampton Inn. Scrambled eggs, smashed potatoes, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, yogurt and maybe some fruit. For a basic “free hotel buffet”, the price is 28.00. All prices are very high, even by Kauai standards. Many better breakfast places east side. As kauai residents, we won’t be heading back for breakfast anytime soon.

   We had a pleasant experience at the restaurant when we were warmly greeted by hostess Evelyn who sat us earlier than our reservation time. She was patient and informative about the other dinner events there. The food was good with affordable prices. We enjoyed the open-air atmosphere, and the entertainment. We’ll be back!

   We normally go to this restaurant for Brunch often, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, etc... family visiting the island. This last Sunday was Father's Day, and I took my husband for brunch and had the worst experience. Food was OK, service was terrible but we still left 20 % tip and would of just been ok with it but with in 45mins after we left I get a phone call "stating you didn't pay " no I'm sorry there seems to be a mistake or something to that effect. I explained that there had to be a mistake because I inserted my credit card in the credit card holder someone came by and took it and brought it back I signed it Gave the 20 % tip and went on my way. They lady on the phone states, " No, you didn't pay." I drove back and asked for manager explained that someone took my credit card and brought it back. I signed whatever paper was brought to me. I asked if she could check that my card was not runned she said no that if I was double charged, I could contact my credit card company and request a refund. There was never a "I'm sorry this happened". Thank you for driving back.

   Crazy expensive for Easter Brunch. The omelette lady was superb, but the overall value is not good.

   My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner together last night. It was indeed romantic and quiet. Food was good and the server was veery nice. The price is just right. Thank you!

   We were pretty disappointed. The food (Christmas dinner) was totally overpriced. The service was nice and polite. You need a spoon for the soup and cutlery for dessert. We had to ask for both. The atmosphere was very cold, especially for Christmas time. The meat was all cooked to the same level, although we had requested different ones. The staff didn't even know which meat was cooked to which level. We left the resort frustrated with an empty wallet.

   This was a Thanksgiving Buffett We had a reservation at 2pm The service was to end at 3 They started removing food at 2:30 Desserts were picked over and not refilled Felt like we were being pushed out the door We paid $200 with tip, for a holiday dining Experience The prime rib and crab was amazing Learned our lesson never book the last time slot!

    Went for Thanksgiving brunch. Overall the food was ok, plenty of breakfast selection. Really enjoyed the bread pudding.
