• Exfoliating foot Cooler

  Get your feet summer ready with this cooling, relaxing treatment. Begins with an exfoliation with our 'Active' salts. Eucalyptus and Clove are great for circulation and any aches or pains. Then enjoy a warm foot soak to remove the salts followed by filing to remove any dead skin. Your therapist will then perform a foot and leg massage using hot wax followed by a crackling foot cooler to cool the feet and reduce any swelling

  This firming treatment begins with a juniper foot bath. Followed by body brushing and a vigorous body massage using our 'Pure' oil to tone and reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Your therapist will then apply a thermoactive peel off gel mask to specific areas of the body; arms, thighs, buttocks and tummy before wrapping.   Our Signature Facial is tailor made to address your specific skin concerns. Includes double cleanse, gentle exfoliator and a freshly mixed face mask, tailored to you. Choose either self-heating, soothing or our detox mask. While the mask works on your skin, you will enjoy a relaxing hot stone arm or shoulder massage. The mask is removed with warm mitts followed by a jade roller or cold stone facial massage, serum, face cream and eye cream. The treatment is finished with a heated neck towel stretch and your therapist will then talk you through a short skin analysis based on findings during the treatment

Pregnancy

Pregnancy is such a special time, however, as your body changes, it can bring about many aches and pains. Massage can be a natural way to ease this and help you unwind.   This 30 minute back massage is performed on our specialised pregnancy cushion to enable complete comfort while relieving stress on different parts of your back. Begins with a hot mitt foot cleanse and ends with a a crackling foot cooler treatment to reduce any swelling around the feet or ankles
