   We have frequented the Green Room a number of times and the past two experiences have been poor. This last visit we did not get the additional drinks we ordered, and requested additional items that never came as well. When sharing this information upon paying the bill we were ignored and brushed off, and basically laughed at. Will not be going again. It’s unfortunate as this place is a special spot, but they definitely take advantage of non local patrons.

   We had reservations for 6:15pm to enjoy the sunset and it did not fail…great ambiance and location…we had a table closest to the water that was a propane fire table which was great since once the sun went down cooled off a bit…we ordered and received some tasty drinks, wine and dinner and enjoyed the evening…after our dinner arrived we were enjoying and that was the last time we saw our server…it was busy but not coming back was a little disappointing…another fellow came along to pick up some used plates and we asked him if he could get us another glass of wine but he never returned either…after our fire table blew out in the wind we decided it was time to go…the inadequate service didn’t ruin our evening but for what they charge the service should be better Not commenting on the food, location, ambience because it was all really great just suggesting that the servers return to check on the patrons because in our case they missed out on at least another round of drinks and dessert

   We felt we had to do a review as we had read a couple of negative ones before our visit. First off, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful. We never had to wait for someone to check in on us. Second, the food was excellent, particularly the salads, and it came out very quickly. Portions are a good size. Everything was fresh. It does cool off quickly, but we came prepared. Others did not! We were offered nice blankets by the staff after sunset. There are about four or five tables with built in fire pits. We saw all but one of them turned on once the sun was down. Very glad we made the trip out to this restaurant!

   The place seems like a tourist trap with having an amazing view but food completely lacks quality. The drinks were decent and service standard but overall food needs a touch for the price.

   Lived in Cabo for 20 years and this was my first time. Over the top quality of food and excellent, very friendly service. We will return for sure.

   The food wasn’t anything exceptional but it was expensive. I ordered the ribeye steak and was served flank steak. No adjustment to the menu price. . . Jody got a seafood screwer that was supposed to have salmon as the fish nd it wasn’t anything resembling salmon. We’re from Washington state and know our salmon. That wasn’t salmon. It was a white fish of some kind. Our two kids had a drink each that were 1. Expensive, and 2. Not flavorful. Kendal’s drink was supposed to have a coconut liqueur in it, but there was zero hint of coconut. And the margarita was terrible. It was sour and frankly, I would have sent it back. That was the food portion of the evening. It gets worse from there. We ordered two appetizers and waited 40 minutes for them to arrive. When we were finally able to flag downmarket server, not ours, and inquire about them, we were told they were on the way. Ten minutes later, m our meals canoe out to the table along with one of the appetizers. Appetizers, as a rule, preceded the main course. To make matters worse, they didnt serve the 2nd appetizer until we reminded them we ordered 2 as we were being served. That 2nd appetizer finally made its appearance after we had finished our meal. The next issue was the weather. We knew it was going to be cool that evening, early April at sunset, so we dressed somewhat warmly knowing we had reserved a table with a gas fire strip in it. When we arrived, they refused to light it. Thy had no other preparations for the coolness of the evening, such as standing propane heaters. What they did offer were blankets, but only two per table. . . We were a party of 4. It would have been a simple thing to light the table, but that seemed out of their realm of expertise. Fibally, the bill came. It was split into two areas. Food and an amount for IVA. What there wasn’t was a total amount owed for the two. We did the math ourselves and left that sum. We won’t be back and suggest you don’t bother even going.

   Everything you’ve heard about The Green Room is true - romantic, unique, the perfect place to watch the sun go down in the Baja while you enjoy excellent food and drink. Perfection.

    The service was poor.. Waiter said they were short staffed and only one cook.. it took 2 hours to get food. Have been there before and this time it was very disappointing .. Would not recommend this place. We did a 2 hour drive from Los Cabos and it is not worth the drive. So Sad..
