The Grill From Ipanema is the only authentic Brazilian restaurant in town. This restaurant takes pride in its hospitality and is committed to offering the best culinary experience so that one can truly taste traditional Brazilian cookery with different flavors and from different regions in Brazil. The inspiration of the menu is a reflection of the people, different cultures, and flavors within Brazil. Try our "Moqueca Mista a Baiana" style, it is a mixed seafood stew of fish, shrimp, mussels, squid, clams and scallops is prepared in a blend of palm oil and coconut milk with fresh cilantro, tomato, onion, scallions and green pepper (Please indicate how spicy) served in a clay pot with rice and fish broth, and a yucca purée on the side. Grill from Ipanema is a delightful surprise to anyone interested in a unique adventure from way down south.

Black bean soup, served with a touch of Parmesan cheese and bacon

Potato soup with smoked spicy sausage, collard greens, garlic and onion

Spicy mussels' soup with vegetables, cilantro, onion, tomato, leeks and jalapenos (very spicy)
Coxinha de Galinha
Brazilian croquette stuffed with chicken and cheese, lightly breaded and fried, served with a spicy sauce

avocado salad mixed with shrimp, tomato, cilantro, onion, green pepper, and our house dressing

Grilled pork chops served with rice, Tutu a Mineira (black beans and yucca flour puree) and collard greens
Churrasco Misto
Mixed grill of beef, chicken, sausage and pork served with rice, black beans, vegetables, farofa and vinaigrette sauce
Picanha Biro
Grilled beef steak (cap of top butt sirloin) served with rice mixed in a fusion of eggs, parsley, bacon bits potato stick and sautéed collard greens
Feijoada
The Brazilian national dish, a rich stew of black beans, pork, sausage, and smoked meats served with collard greens, rice, farofa and orange slices

Infelizmente minha experiência foi arruinada pela comida. O garcon foi agradavel, o ambiente era bom, mas a comida estava pessima, além de ser muito cara. Nao indico a ninguem, triste que esse restaurante possa ser uma referência da comida brasileira, os americanos e os que não conhecem comida brasileira vão pensar que comemos mal daquele jeito. Pessimo. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the food. The waiter was nice, the atmosphere was good, but the food was terrible, and it was very expensive. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's sad that this restaurant could be a reference for Brazilian food. Americans and those who don't know Brazilian food will think we ate badly like that. Terrible.

The food here was amazing and authentic! The service though, was what set it aside from the rest. The restaurant was extremely accommodating of my large party and requests and checked in with me several times. The brunch is a great deal for the amount of food you receive!

We were a group of 4, none of us ate because the food was terrible. I ordered the Moqueca and the sauce was warm but the sea food was cold. I’m pretty sure they just threw frozen stuff into a pot of sauce. The drinks and pão de queijo were good but that’s about it. As a Brazilian I was very shocked with the poor quality of the food, it’s not authentic Brazilian food.

The food and drinks were very good. The restaurant space is very nice. The service was great! The only thing that I didn’t like was the overhead spotlight that was shining directly in my eyes, but we will go back again.

Delicious food, will continue going back! Love the cocktails in house as well. Always receive great service and never leave on an empty stomach :)

We sat outside- for us I love sidewalk seating, but noting it’s not garden outside seating. staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious

We recently visited during summer restaurant week and had a fantastic experience. We opted for the $55 per person menu, which included an appetizer, a main course, and dessert—everything was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing, and we enjoyed sitting at the bar to take advantage of happy hour as well. We can't wait to return!
