Join us at The Grille-Bajan Inspired for creative gourmet fare with a distinctive Barbadian flair, prepared by Chef Willis Griffith and his fabulous culinary team.

Enjoy local seafood and the finest Certified Angus Beef steaks from our Butcher’s Block, carefully cooked to perfection on the in-room grill, as well as a unique dessert selection, all in a memorable ambiance.

The Grille-Bajan Inspired is located at the hotel's lobby level, adjacent to the Careenage Rum Stop! Bar (entry to restaurant located by porte cochere).

Service was amazing, food was delicious, wine choices were great. The atmosphere was not the best, you can not see the ocean or the bay from the restaurant:(
