Housed within the historic Locomotive Workshops of South Eveleigh, The Roastery pays homage to its industrial past while providing an unforgettable experience for coffee lovers everywhere, letting you enjoy your brew amongst the very machinery that makes it possible.

What's Included? - Follow coffee's journey through our high-tech feeder and chainvey system, from green beans to your cup. - Learn about our coffee storage, delve into single origin coffees, and see the entire production process in action. - Explore our roastery and see how each piece of machinery contributes to creating the perfect brew. - Visit our cupping rooms, uncover the art of cupping, and learn how these spaces help refine our coffee.

Next time they should try and keep their seats clean then it will be a 5 Stars from me and I like the coffee conveyer pipe where it transport through to the factory where the coffee is processed.

Amazing place!! From the minute you arrive, your waiter/waitress service and meals are absolutely outstanding. Loved the stylish decor and hearing/ watching the coffee beans above. Nice to walk around the buildings and absorb it’s history. A definite must to visit!!

Whatever we order was good but I would still prefer the Vodka pasta to be back on the menu. I had gone specially for that. Love the drinks there!! Chicken burger was awesome.

Food options and quality was great but food order came out wrong and we were charged incorrectly however upon letting the waiter know this was changed very quickly at time of payment. Atmosphere and watching the coffee bean operations was very fun and interesting. what a great set up. definitely recommend making a booking

We asked for the pastry cart, never came. Requested the bill, waited 20 minutes for it to arrive. Food was ok

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. I could not fault the service, the food, the staff, the environment. Everything was incredible. The food was soooooo good and the coffee was amazing I had to have 2. I want to come back every week it was just amazing
