Unwind on our charming terrace, reminiscent of an Italian Piazza, with a refreshing craft cocktail or a glass of wine expertly selected by our sommelier. Our eclectic menu features locally-sourced, seasonal dishes, all prepared from scratch.

Our menu is a blend of classic dishes with a modern twist, showcasing favorites such as our grilled steak of the night, delectable pastas, and succulent scampi. Conveniently located just off the Lodi wine trail in Lockeford, California, we are the perfect stop halfway between the San Francisco Bay Area and Lake Tahoe, 1/2 mile west off scenic Hwy 88.

Location was neat being an old concrete wine vat. Super small place that has a good ambience. We were never greeted by our waitress, she simply came over, dropped off menus and water and walked off. Our orders were taken - we ordered crab cakes as an appetizer, side salads, and mushroom pappardelle and the filet. We also ordered two old fashions. The drinks came out right away and tasted like the premixed stuff from Costco. They were tasty nonetheless. About 20 minutes later our entrees were delivered and we gave her a puzzled look since we never got our appetizer or salads. She rushed off, came back with all of it and said, I’ll take it off the bill. Crab cakes were good, salads could use work as they were pretty much lettuce and canned kidney beans. Entrees were delicious. The bill came and still had the salads and the app but we didn’t bother to ask about it and just left. Can’t say we’d go back.

The food and service was excellent! We loved reading their origin story; the location is ripe for additional venues. Can easily be the go-to spot for folks wanting to jet down the highway and try something new.

Chef Kyle and his team did a fantastic job with dinner and desserts. This is a hidden jewel in northern San Joaquin County.

We ate 3 appetizers. Crab cake, arancini and fries. All were exceptional. One of our friends is gluten free and the Chef made a creamy risotto with mushrooms , it was delicious. Grateful for the service.
