I had heard about The Italian Daughter on the AZ PBS show "Check Please AZ". The review was great and it was spot on. Tom was an excellent server, full of good suggestions that did not disappoint. I was a single diner but was never rushed or made to feel that I was "inferior". I started with the beet and goat cheese salad, which was very tasty and the half portion was generous. I had the salmon for my entree and it was delicious- cooked just right with tasty risotto and fresh asparagus and green beans. Tom recommended the carrot cake for dessert and that was one of the best I've had. I will definitely be back when I visit Scottsdale again.

This restaurant is a delight! We love Italian food and it is delicious, plentiful, creative, and just yummy. The staff is a pleasure to interact with. It is becoming one of our favorite spots.

Everything in our party of 6 was delicious! The ambiance was good. We could actually talk and hear each other. The service was great! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful round table for eight of us on the lovely enclosed patio. The food was delicious- all eight of us loved our dinners. The service was delightful and we can’t wait to come again. Nancijoy

Everything about this experience was superb! But the food — the FOOD!! We had several courses, and each course was the perfect blend of flavors and melt in your mouth deliciousness. The butternut squash sacchetti was unreal. And I’m still dreaming of the salted caramel cheesecake! Highly recommend this gem!
