    Honestly expected better for an italian place. Pretty pricy for what we got and the food took forever to arrive.

    Food was good. Service was very, very slow 20 mins to get a drink. Flagging down server to order entrees after appetizers. Plates not collected off tables. It wasn’t that busy so perhaps a new server

    We went for dinner and had the bruschetta to start, which was exceptional. We both ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and we brought home enough for dinner the next day. One had considerably more sauce than the other, which was a bit dry but tasty. We did book for my birthday however it wasn’t even acknowledged so that was a bit disappointing. The service was somewhat lacking in that we had to wait a long time just to order and then receive our drinks. Two of the meals came first and the other two came about five minutes later which I find a bit annoying. Overall, it was a good experience.

    Not the greatest experience, my friend and I got the Tableside Tagliatelle Cacio e Pepe Ther usually is more of a nice fire presentation before the pasta is made but there was nothing at all that was special. Way more simple and basic this time. Not impressed. What a disappointment :(

    Morgan our server was lovely!!! She was so sweet and took good care of us. I love the food but i find they lack in some side options. I wanted some truffle fries or spinach dip hehe but all in all great experience

    Our server was excellent. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs which was excellent. Mine was a little dry compared to my friends. I asked for extra sauce and then ended up being charged for it. That was disappointing. In general though, a wonderful dining experience.

    The Italian Osteria did not disappoint. We were there for an early birthday dinner for my friend. We came into a sweet birthday card from the restaurant, and our server (who was lovely) got on drinks etc. right away. The food was incredible. Every single bite was a burst of flavour. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, and had the perfect ambiance. We finished our meal and were treated to a yummy tiramisu. I cannot wait to come back and eat here.

    Great restaurant but they close very early. The food is very good and the portions are big

    Absolutely terrible. Wanted to give this a third chance to support local but service was horrible. Waited 45 minutes to get our drink order, then our appie came out 2 mins later and our mains about 3 minutes after our Appy. The restaurant was half full. Won't be giving it a 4th chance.

    First time here and I will for sure be back!! They had my favourite red wine and the food was outstanding!! The big cheese wheels they mix the pasta in was awesome!!
