The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.

The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy. The menu will feature the flavors of old-school red sauce Italian cuisine with a Chef Joey touch. Interactive tableside experiences will include an antipasto cart where guests can curate their own plate with over 30 different items. There will also be a must-try Limoncello cocktail cart and a Zabaione dessert cart.

The Italiano's lounge and bar will be open at 3pm, and reservations will begin at 5pm for main dining.

Lunch was wonderful as was the service. Aaron was very understanding of our needs for our birthday reunion. The Linguine w Clams was outstanding. The Lasagna was wonderful. The Salad was tasty. The Bread was delicious. Aaron’s service was perfection.

This place always amazes me . With the things they do for their customers. From olives and crackers,at bar. The friendly bartender Pete to the restaurant managers who follow up on your meal.

Second visit to Italiano and it hit the mark again! Started off with the Salame and Calabrian Honey pizza which was to die for, the Italian salad which was enough to split and super tasty and the Burrata which was very creamy and served with these wonderful marinated tomatoes and peppers. My husband has the italiano mare that was filled with seafood, I had the incredible short rib lasagna, daughter loved her filet and her boyfriend has the spicy rigatoni vodka. Very dish was better than the next. And I am a picky east coast Italian who loved it all!!

What a lovely dinner at italiano!! Had a waiter named Ken who was great. The food was delicious! We will return!

The best Italian with an amazing place to enjoy it. There’s an energy to the place that extends to every employee. Please ask for Martino! He’s a fantastic server. Michael is on top of everything and checking in with warmth and genuine care. Recommend all fish dishes. Incredibly fresh. The pasta dishes a delicious. Don’t miss the spumoni cake.

Reservation was for 7:00. Arrived on time and was told it would be a few minutes. Stated we would wait int the bar. 30 minutes later went to the hostess to ask how much longer. Shortly I was told. Again stated was at the bar waiting. 30 minutes later asked again when would the table be ready. She stated we looked for you and couldn't find you and gave away your table. She stated she would put us back on the list. I was not happy about being put back on the list. 20 minutes later a young lady came and said your table is ready. Really, 8:30 you wanted to seat us. We stayed at the bar. No one apologized or approached me. Many were waiting long times as well. Not a good way to treat your customers by over booking. Also, bar was extremely busy which required wait time for drinks.
