Nestled in the heart of Brighton’s historic quarter, the brick-paved Lanes, The Ivy Asia Brighton is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and much more.

Savour a menu as rich and varied as the diverse cultures that span the continent of Asia. With pan-Asian classics alongside incredible vegetarian and plant-based options, there’s something to please all. Expect a range of Sushi and Sashimi as well as small plates such as Pork and Kimchi dumplings, Spinach and Mushroom Gyozas or large plates such as smoking BBQ Lamb Chops and Slow-cooked Pork Belly.

Called 2 hours before to confirm I was arriving on time and then made me wait 30 mins whilst others were seated and tables free , after I complained we we were seated manager was very nice but if I turned up 30 mins late with no explanation then o would be refused a table so my time is not as important as the I y Aida well yes it is , then my main meal didn’t come out with the sides or my husbands main meal had to complain again manager nice again took my meal off the bill and gave us 2 free drinks which was nice but honestly no real explanation , one waitress was quite sarcastic also . Food was amazing

We selected the Dragon lunch set menu which gave a good selection at a very reasonable cost. You have to ask for the menu cards as they are not provided automatically. A great option if you don’t want a big meal.

We were a table for 3, and actually it was quite cramped. We effectively had a table for two with an extra seat. With all the dishes involved in an Asian meal, it was quite difficult to manage; a table for four would have been much better. The food was very tasty. We chose the lobster curry; while it tasted very nice, we couldn't find many lobster pieces in it. It was an expensive meal, admittedly it was New Year's Eve, so this would have accounted for it. However, I was say middling for value for money.

New Years Eve set menu for me and my husband. Food was delicious especially the sashimi. Only gripe was the food courses came out with very little time in between which felt very rushed. Staff were lovely. Decor and energy was fab. Great place to celebrate the New Year.

Front desk staff very nice , our table was not ready had to stand and wait for 25min whilst holding our coats because the coat cupboard was full so not a great start . The actual meal was very nice , but had to ask to have table cleaned and had to constantly ask to have our wine and water refilled. All in all it was quite disappointing we brought our friends for their first visit after we had given them a glowing report from a previous visit .

The best place to be in town everything was just right the vibe the atmosphere the music and the drinks can’t wait to come back over and over again 👌👌👌👌👌
