A pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. The afternoon tea was very well presented but was however a little disappointing on taste.

Arrived 8.05 for 8.15 table, told wait in lobby! No thank you. Bar full but staff served us and we got seated. Called for table 8.40, not us! Table 9pm. LOUD intrusive music, asked if could be turned down a bit, was told no, head office dictate volume! Well maybe they could try sitting in the nearest booth and try to have a conversation! Had to ask to order, ask where food was, mains arrived 9.55. 1 main after others 10.00! Food delicious! Table waiter lovely, but you couldn’t tell who was organising service. Given dessert menus then 3 minutes later very tall lady came and took them off us! We got attention to get bill and paid up. Not the experience we were expecting, we had all been before so know this was bad service. Won’t rush back especially on a Friday evening!

Food was average. The place was lovely. Best part was 4 Leeds United players were dining there and Willy Gnonto had a short conversation with my wife about the match. He was so friendly and kind.

Long over due 1st time visit to ivy Asia Leeds was very average dining experience and left disappointed. so right from the start didn't really feel welcome had to go upstairs in the main restaurant to find someone to be seated as no-one in reception area. The 1st of three different waiters took our drinks order and did not bring correct drinks back to the table, the same guy didn't really convince me which dishes to go for lacked menu knowledge so had the £48.00 festive experience menu putting myself in there hands food wise, non of the food that came really knocked me off my chair found it tasteless and average, defiantly had better set menus at cheaper prices was hoping for a better experience with the set menu. the 2nd waiter just put the food on the table and didn't say what it was, then the 3rd waiter dropped the cutlery on the floor twice. sorry but just didn't deliver menu or experience wise, could of been a bit lighter too but dull lighting.
