If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service here was beyond appalling—there was no semblance of hospitality whatsoever. From the moment we sat down, we were rushed through every step: pressured to order quickly, eat quickly, and leave just as fast. Yes, it was a busy evening in a tourist-heavy area, but that does not excuse the complete disregard for basic customer care. If you’re a visitor to London and just want a quick photo for the novelty of it, fine—do it for the Instagram post and move on. But for locals, there’s absolutely no reason to waste your time or money here. London offers countless better, friendlier, and far more reasonably priced options where you’ll actually feel valued as a diner. Save yourself the frustration and choose a place where dining is a pleasure, not a chore.

Outstanding first time experience. Myself and my partner dined at the Ivy Asia in Mayfair to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and of course they did not disappoint!! Our special night was so lovely and we cannot wait to come back to dine again already.

Our waitress was brilliant however the staff welcoming at the door were rude and abrupt. We were left standing for ages when we arrived and left. Definitely aloof service and disappointing to be rushed from our table but knew it would be busy. Probably won’t go back because the welcome just isn’t right or hospitable. Food however is amazing

Waited 45 minutes for our table and 30 minutes at the bar to get a drink. The service was relatively poor for the money spent. Food was good. Overall disappointed, as we had high hopes.

I have been to multiple Ivy Asia locations in London and it is one of my favourite places. It was my mums 50th and Unfortunately the service at Mayfair was so poor, we refused to pay the service charge at the end. We brought a bottle of wine and they didn’t service it to us, they left it on the side and we had to ask for it. Waiters didn’t want to take the empty bottles of beer off the table when they gave us new ones. The staff were arguing with each other right behind our table. When new food was brought out they left the empty plates on the table. In the end the table was so full we had to move empty plates to another empty table behind us. It’s is such a shame that the service was so bad because the food was amazing. It was my parents first time at Ivy Asia and they said that they were unsure if they would return. Personally I would not return to Mayfair.

Super Christmas lunch. Prices seem to have gone up quite a bit since I was last there. Service excellent. I will be going again when I’ve saved up enough. 🤡

First time and went with client for Xmas. The Duck salad was superb and main course was delicious. I booked again on the way out with the in house team. Excellent service to boot!
