Serving theatrical drinks and cocktails late into the night alongside a delicious menu of Asian-inspired dishes. The vibrant and playful destination entertains, inspires and excites guests from the moment they step inside.

Our dress code is smart-casual and quite relaxed. We just ask that the general look does not appear too sporty i.e. tracksuits/football shirts/baseball caps. Smart trainers are allowed. We do not allow flip flops to be worn.

Seated 15 minutes late with no real apology. Restaurant was busy as expected given its Christmas, but felt very overcrowded. Food was good and service was fine, but the toilets were a mess with paper all over the floor and overflowing bins.

I've been wanting to come for a while and I was not disappointed! Venue was beautiful, food was delicious and our server Antonio was fantastic!

The food was amazing and the service was great. Got to spend some time at the bar when we first arrived before being moved to our table. Also had a dj playing music. A great night xx

We had the afternoon festive tea. Savouries were amazing but only six pieces each and when we asked if we could top up we were told we’d have to pay if we wanted more. The dessert tray was very disappointing, the macarons were soggy and sitting in some juice, the donut Christmas tree wasn’t donuts at all but choux buns held together with artificial cream and green icing, this didn’t taste very nice. Service was slow, I had to ask for a glass of wine and some ice twice. We had a choice of tea included in the price and I chose Earl Grey which I was charged a staggering £7 for. I didn’t realise this wasn’t one of the teas included in the festive tea price. And the waiter didn’t tell me that either! So my first experience of Ivy Asia was a little disappointing. We thought it would be a festive treat for a colleague and myself, but wish we had chosen the à la carte menu now as I felt that we were overcharged for a very small sample of food. I have eaten at the Ivy many times in West Street and at various cafés across London. This venue fell short of my expectations.

Really lovely experience, a busy vibrant restaurant, slick service and all the staff were so friendly and acomadating , lovely food , a very special place. Great if you like a lively environment. We loved it.

Food was incredible, however service was abysmal. We had a booking at 8:30pm. Waited around and was close to 8:50 by the time they could seat us. Waiter completely forgot about us and the table next to us, who complained which finally got waiters attention. This meant we didn't get drinks until after 9:15. We also ordered food at this time to avoid the very long wait for waiter to take orders. Food was immaculate as was the cocktails from the bar. Unfortunately really let down by the awful service, who was quiet and not good at managing his tables. For some reason they had a DJ playing pretty poor music which ruined the ambience of the beautiful venue, completely unnecessary and could be better invested elsewhere. Due to a 45 mins delay, it meant we didn't get home till midnight. Food though was amazing!
