    Food was average, sandwiches were a bit soggy or dry depending on filling! There was a discrepancy with the bill with which we were overcharged so needed to sort that out, that was a little disappointing and awkward querying that.

    We arrived at the time of our reservation to be told that our table wasn’t quite ready and we could wait at the bar. We ordered 2 drinks which never arrived. We sat at the table, the drinks still didn’t arrive. We had to track a member of staff down to ask where our drinks were. 25 minutes later they arrived. Our starters didn’t arrive for 45 minutes! We were never asked if our food was ok and was never asked if we would like another drink. Service was beyond poor unfortunately.

    Food was pretty good , but the three that had steak said it was hard to eat , it was not tender enough ,also a long wait for drinks , but has not put us off trying another Ivy

    Had the afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Fantastic service, very quick with the food and had refills of our hot drinks. The afternoon tea is quite a spectacle! Massive amount of food (we had to take some away in a box!) but all very tasty. We even had a bonus birthday choux bun with chocolate sauce at the end! Only slight downside was the festive Battenberg was a bit strange being bright green and red.

    Uninspiring, average food; expensive all round & rushed service. Couldn’t relax. It’s a money churning wheel. Wouldn’t return.

    Disappointed, the service was very poor considering g it was a Wed evening they were not busy Had to get waiters attention to order drinks 3 times, when wine arrived ice bucket white far away had to get up twice to get the bottle as no one around, hard broken egg on chicken Milanese should have been the soft perfect egg won’t return poor chefs poor staff don’t care attitude ..
