In celebration of the Six Nations championship, tackle the tension with the ultimate menu to enjoy before cheering on your team. Our Chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce, grilled mushrooms, and tomatoes with red wine sauce for two to share pairs perfectly with our selected Barolo from Piemonte, available by the bottle. Available on the 22nd of February and the 15th of March past 11:30. The Menu is priced at £45 per person. Menus and Prices are subject to change. There were not enough canapés and not enough staff on the bar. The staff that were there however were brilliant xx

Birthday treat for my wife, Tuesday night but quite busy, great menu, great server, a couple of minor mistakes quickly rectified. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely come again.

Booked for a birthday celebration. Lovely meal, very much enjoyed. Only criticism, had to ask for the complimentary celebration dessert, this was embarrassing and could have been completely avoided. When we have been before, it has been brought out before desserts, and it was ideal. why would you want this to come out after dessert? My guess is they want you to spend more money by ordering dessert. Would probably book elsewhere in future.

This is a nice place to eat. The menu is as expected and as usual the duck salad starter was lovely. We had fish and chips for the main. Well cooked fish but the batter was too thick and therefore not cooked all the way through, so some of it was a bit doughy on the inside. The service yesterday was good but the meal delivery was too quick. I understood that we had the table for 2 hours but we were in and out having had two courses in just over an hour. The main course was delivered to our table about 5 minutes after we’d finished our starter. If the meal was served at a more leisurely pace we might have ended up having dessert, with a break between each course.

Food really disappointing, and over priced. No creativity, uninteresting offerings. Service good and a nice ambience.

Booked very last minute for an outdoor table (as that was the only option available ) however it wasn’t open when we arrived. The staff on the front door were so friendly and helpful and managed to get us a place at the bar upstairs. The food was lovely and the ambiance was lovely with a cellist playing in the corner
