    December 2024 I booked NYE dinner through their website advertised as 75pp with complimentary glass of champagne. On arrival no champagne and we saw that the menu in table said 85pp. I queried both these things and was told that the menu I was referring to was last years. I got the menu up in my phone which was clearly on their website as the 2024 NYE menu. I showed it to the waitress. There was absolutely no great area- it was on The Ivy website as their 2024 NYE set dinner. She said she would speak to the manager. She returned saying that the menu was wrong and that would not be doing anything to make things right. Staggered doesn’t quite cover it. Needless to say, we declined to pay the service charge. The food was poor and it all felt like a conveyor belt. No tips from us and we will certainly never return!

    Always a bit special to dine at an Ivy . Service was excellent as ever but part of me wishes they would mix up the menu a bit more. Food is really nice but never outstanding and wine prices are steep and don’t match the value of the food prices. They forgot to add back the deposit id paid also so it was a good thing I remembered. They did sort it quickly however.

    We had the most fantastic Christmas Eve Lunch for our family. The staff was fantastic and helped us enjoy our time together. It was great to relax and visit. We had all been busy cooking and cleaning up to really visit. The Ivy all owed us to have our quiet family time with fantastic food! Thank you so much for everything

    Fabulous private Christmas dining experience. Food is always exceptional & the private room staff were very attentive. Great for all ages in our party 3 years to 75 years.
