    While the food was good. The service or should I say the complete and utter lack there of was shocking! It was a so off hand with a couldn’t care less attitude. What should’ve been a really enjoyable lunch with good friends was, marred unnecessarily. I’d certainly not go back.

    The dinner experience was lovely as usual - the staff was helpful, the food was delicious. The ambience of the restaurant is lovely, except this time we got seated in the covered area at the back. There was a cold draft on the feet and heater right above the head which made it the seats we specifically had less than desirable. Will be mindful to check where in the restaurant we’re getting a table next time, but yes, there will be a next time. .

    It was our 49th Wedding Anniversary: we were made to feel so special! Everything from the warm welcome, delicious food and wine was superb. We enjoyed a true celebration, and look forward to returning!

    Lovely atmosphere for a sunday afternoon. Chicken roast dinner was excellent, puddings were nicely presented and tasty. Unfortunately the Wine and drinks over priced but the service was 1st class. Would definitely recommend and go again.

    To be absolutely honest, eating out is a social experience, success is judged as much by the quality of conversation around the table as it is by the quality of the food. Generally I would say the food and ambience were above average . The service was excellent. Lunch was a great success.

    All the staff were very friendly and efficient and our meals were delicious. We'll certainly be back!

    Despite being so firm on table time we had to wait for 30 mins for our table, meal orders were wrong and some food came late, not a great experience.
