   Staff were amazing , an high level of customer service , couldn’t ask for more , polite, friendly and all well dressed and professional. We were looked after and frequently asked if everything was ok . Food was quick , lovey but my squid was a little dry but everything else high quality. The ivy is such a beautiful place to eat , definitely will visit again

   Last minute booking as the Nook could not provide an afternoon tea. Lovely sandwiches and cakes at the Ivy and would recommend

   Steaks were cold and substituted steak was over cooked. MR was WD. Crepe was like rubber, very unusual for the IVY a real off night.

    We had the set breakfast and were very disappointed. The scrambled eggs had a skin on them, as did the tomato, and had obviously been pre-cooked. There was one thin strip of streaky bacon which was hard. The croissants appeared to be heated from frozen as mine was burnt at the sides and white on top. The smoothie had seven ice cubes in and was nearly half a glass. Really poor and I certainly would never return for breakfast again.
