    Service was poor, no table cloths on the tables. Had the Sunday Roast (beef), pretty average for the £30 price tag. Beef looked and tasted as if it had been standing in the kitchen for a while. Such a shame as I normally love eating here.

    A special birthday dinner, delicious food and cocktails and absolutely outstanding service. I also really appreciate that our request for a quieter table was acknowledged. Thank you - we will be back!

    As always The Ivy restaurants didn’t disappoint. The food and service was outstanding, not rushed but didn’t have to wait . The food is consistently good . This is why I like going back to the Ivy restaurants 👌

    We went to the Ivy in Richmond for Saturday lunch. It was very busy but the food and service were excellent.

    The overall experience was poor. Not able to accommodate my wife who is garlic intolerant and severely restricted choice. Drinks ordered were subsequently not available. One of the courses was luke warm (decided not to return as I wanted to have a meal with my wife and not in turns like the drinks). Much better options- Q Verde and Ma Cuisine who are more accommodating, better food and less expensive

    We caught up with a cousin for lunch at the Ivy Richmond Brasserie and had a very enjoyable meal. It was our first time there and we were pleasantly surprised at the welcoming ambience as we entered. The decor is delightful and there is enough space between tables so that one isn't forced to listen to the neighbour's chat but can hear one's own conversation even though the place was busy. Our two chosen dishes from the 1917 Menu were excellent (the chicken satay starter and the Seabass) and good value although the extra "sides" were small for the price. We chose deserts from the main menu and they were delicious followed by good coffee. The service was great too, courteous and efficient, so, all in all, we had a good time and would go again.
