One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy, West Street, has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary cuisine and unparalleled service for over a century. The Ivy Collection is now to open in Manchester this November, offering a new dining experience set across four fabulous floors.

The Ivy Spinningfields will occupy an impressive, timber framed space within a new development, The Pavilion, surrounded by greenery yet located in the heart of the city.

On the top floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden. With a fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests will enjoy food and cocktails alongside an abundance of planting, greenery and foliage, roaring fire pits and colourful fabrics, all creating an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.

Paid almost £200 for our meal and were basically ignored the whole night. Service was so slow and we had to beg to order anything or get the bill. Understand that it was busy due to Valentine’s Day but more effort should be put in to ensure that every party has the same standard of service. We left extremely disappointed.

One of mine and my husband’s favourite restaurants to dine at. The food was delicious. Staff was so attentive and the ambiance was lovely. We was seated by the window which made the evening all the more memorable. Thank you.

We were seated promptly but no food or drink was brought over until after 30mins. We were then asked to vacate the table at 5pm promptly. Everything felt rushed and it was hard to hear the servers
