    I had initially booked a table outside, once I showed up, they put us way inside claiming the outside area would be closing early. After my strict objection (given my insistence on an outside table when booking and that there was no mention of the closure of the area to begin with), I got my outside table…funny enough, the outside space stayed open all throughout our meal. Apart from the weird incident with the seating staff, the service staff were all lovely and helpful. Food, on the other hand, was quite average.

    This is a great location and lively ambience in a beautiful space. Our server was inattentive and not very helpful. The food was fine but nothing we had was great.

    Very nice decor and the food is delicious. Also the service is discreet whilst attentive. The prices are on the steep side, especially the drinks, though given everything tastes good that can be forgiven. The only slight negative is that the music levels are a bit loud for diners trying to have a conversation, which you would hope is the case for everyone. So why the urge to give the place a bar vibe? The only area safe from the din is outside. Might consider that if there's a next time.

    Good value venue in the heart of Soho. Very busy - even on a Monday night. As such, service suffered, and you had to work hard to get a server’s attention.

    Waitress abandoned us—waited half an hour for our tea, didn’t take our friends’ order until we called her over after another half an hour, didn’t put in our food order, and then the manager asked us to leave because they needed the table—never got our food. Sad and disappointed.

    The service was not great I’m afraid. Our booking was for 8:30pm and I was there at 8:25. I was asked to wait at the bar while my table was prepared which was fine. What wasn’t great was that we were eventually seated at 9:05. Service was overall slow and we waited another 30’ I think after we finished our starter for the main course while a waiter forgot our request for ice. Food was good as always - alcohol free cocktail was overpriced and tasted like a plain soft drink.

    Chaotic experience. 10 mins to check in on arrival, tables not cleared from previous guests, cold food, management team flapping. Service was also poor, having to ask and re-ask for things. Shame, as I’ve always liked this brand.
