    Breakfast was lovely, service fabulous - the only negative would be the size of the table for 4 , but the staff were fab and cleared quickly

    We had two wait for 40 min to get our table. The service was slow from the start, there was a large gap between the end of the main course and they offering us the dessert. By the time they offered us the dessert, the kitchen was closed and we were told 10 min. Noting that the only option was to have a 3-course menu.

    We had a great birthday meal. Top marks for the friendly staff. We took about an hour to decide what to eat, and later my father wanted ice cream with his Christmas pudding. Staff were friendly and waited for us. At no point did we feel that we were being pushed out of the door even when the restaurant was fully booked on a pre-Christmas Saturday night. Singing happy birthday and free birthday snowman pudding was cherry on the top. We all had great fun. Thank you Ivy Soho!

    It was freezing and windy today, but there was no seat inside so we had to seat outdoors which turned out to be horrible. The wind blew the canopy and the heating went off which made it even colder. We couldn’t enjoy the food at all.

    Food was as always excellent. However my reservation was for 7.45 and our table was not ready until after 8. We were shown to an area where we might have a drink but no one was actually serving drinks. I was minded not to pay the - 13.5% - service charge but once we were at the table our waiter could not be faulted and we were more than satisfied with the food so I relented. The unsatisfactory delay in going to the table has diminished the restaurant in my overall estimation

    It was a little bit loud overall so myself and my mum had to shout across the table to hear each other! The food was nice but I was expecting it to be a little bit more of a higher level. Our server Jordon was amazing though! So friendly and polite, an asset to the team! Value for money was average but overall I would come again at some point in the future.

    It’s ok, the least best ivy I have been to. It’s so noisy in there you can hear anyone at the table

    Arrived to a sticky table. There was a huge amount of noise—why they could not spread guests out rather than cramping them into a small part of the restaurant is beyond me. I could not hold a conversation with my guest - really not good The last time I went for breakfast there the fire alarm kept going off at regular intervals which they could not fix - had to leave in the end. I like the Ivy brand and the service and food is good - but I certainly won't be going there again for a business breakfast
