    Cannot fault the welcome and service by the staff at Winchester. Food as always is a great experience and made even better with the soufflé back on the winter menu.

    Everything was at the highest level. My wife and I were greeted, shown to a table, and brought water while we ordered food. Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost full, we didn't wait long for our dishes, everything was delicious and comfortable. Thank you

    I booked for my husbands birthday on the 17th Dec , we have visited many times before and had a great time , unfortunately the food was well below par, we went for the Xmas menu , starter was good but the main was terrible , cold frozen veg(Brussels) turkey hard around edges etc , certainly not worth the money. Wine over priced , could find one we liked in our price range . Unfortunately wouldn’t return very disappointed .

    We had a very good experience. It was an extremely busy day being the Christmas market and 2 Sundays before Christmas. The restaurant was packed but the level of service remained good and the food up to its usual standard.
