Situated within the clubhouse at Braestone Club, The Ktchn features menus as lively as the views of the valley that extend beyond its bar and dining room. Inspired by the remarkable location, but open to creative interpretations and flavours, The Ktchn’s well-crafted cuisine is characterized by an eclectic perspective expressed through diverse dishes and fare. The maturing beverage program features a curated list of small-production wine and beer, and an assortment of thoughtfully crafted cocktails, unique gins and bubbly from Ontario and beyond.     When I initially made my reservation I specified that the dinner was to celebrate my anniversary with my partner and also let them know about my dairy allergy. When they brought us to our table it was a lovely semi private area where we could both sit on a couch together (snd shove all our stuff on the chairs in front of us haha). We were left a cute note from the restaurant thanking us for choosing them for our special occasion and we were brought a dessert at the end of the night - thoughtfully picked by the staff to accommodate my dairy allergy, with a sparkler on top! Upon arrival we were met by our waiter Myles who is a lovely gentleman and very easy to talk to - once I mentioned my dairy allergy, he let us know that he read the notes and the kitchen was awaiting our arrival and have prepared accordingly! Amazing and caring service. Feel bad for Myles having to run up and down the stairs to liaise between myself and the kitchen when planning how to go about a dish without dairy! Had a lovely time, amazing food, and the bill was definitely worth the whole experience. Thank you KTCHN

    Amazing meal in a picture perfect setting. Beautiful venue, friendly service and food was delicious. A must-visit spot if you’re in the area.

    Lovely place for a date! Was kindly welcomed and seated, and promptly served. The food was outstanding! I had the hanger steak with truffle fries and local mushrooms, the steak arrived medium rare as requested and the chimichurri complemented the steak very well. My date got the pasta of the day which she enjoyed as well. The drinks and desserts should not be missed either. The house cocktails were very nice and the creme brulee and chocolate mousse were phenomenal. I generally dont go for desserts but the mousse was so good youd be foolish not to try it.

    Prix fixe 3 course Valentine’s dinner was excellent. Three choices of appetizers, 4 main course, 2 desserts. We had soup, Caesar salad, beef Bourguinon, linguine, and raspberry sorbet, all perfectly prepared. Service was prompt but we did not feel rushed.

    Incredible Valentine's dinner. Great menu. In and out in 1 1/2 hours. Service was fantastic and the food was great.

    I have requested a receipt twice via email and never received it as it seemed higher than expected so that was disappointing. Also, my boyfriend asked for another drink and they brought him another soup and the server questioned his request which was unnecessary. The food seemed very oily as well which was different than last time we visited. We enjoyed the music and atmosphere and have had positive experiences in the past.
